Today we discussed as a group a new idea for our short film, as well as finding new ways to acquire possible locations for the production

We ran into some difficulties thinking of an idea but we have agreed on two strong ideas. The Location still remains an issue as we have been rejected for our two previous locations.

We went to college but our actor canceled so we canceled our bookings and went to the lesson where we spent time editing our rough cuts more as well as book equipment for tomorrow.

Summary:
At the beginning of the whole production, we split the pre-production work easily between the four of us, I had the Risk assessment and the location Reece to do, I completed these successfully and with plenty of time to spare which I spent finding possible sound effects and gathering information on the location and around the area. I was labeled as the director during the process, and I think I fulfilled this role well by showing management and giving suggestions during post-production and during production whilst also allowing the Cinematographer and Audio Engineer to have creative freedom on set. The Production process had its difficulties wether that is last-minute act cancelations or crew member's unavailabilities, but we managed to complete a full run-through of the story, which we used for the edit of our final product. Onset my directing skills were used and were effective as I helped to improve the scene by making decisions on the lighting, the camera work, and the set design. During post-production, I had already pre-built a rough edit with I modified and turned into a template/foundation for the final cut, which saved a lot of time in the long run and allowed me to be relaxed and flexible with the amount of time I spent editing. The effects I used were fairly basic due to my lack of knowledge when it comes to using after effects or any other effects program. Our Short film, in the end, was a fairly good success and had a smooth pre and post-production phase which helped elongate our production time.
Overall the entire production of Judgement was a fairly good success, We had some ups and downs but in the end, we managed to persevere and come out with a fairly high-quality product. I am overall happy with the work that we did and am fairly proud of what we have managed to create, even though the process of production on shooting days weren't ideal we managed to sort out the main issues with ease and complete the second shooting day with fair ease especially when we were focused and completed scenes in the matter of only a couple of takes.
Overall I would rate the effort put in an 8.5/10
and the quality of the work I would rate a 7.5/10
